Key Requirements
Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
10+ years semiconductor industry experience
Advanced packaging R&D or process integration exposure

Hands-on experience with cross-functional engineering teams
Excellent English and Mandarin communication capability
