• The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of all production departments, providing constant communication, feedback and recognition to team members and production leaders to enable a positive team member experience.
• Key responsibilities include leading teams effectively to ensure timelines and production priorities are met, providing sound leadership and coaching for personnel development, and improving production processes using Lean Manufacturing methods.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant management experience
• Previous construction experience strongly preferred
• Experience in manufactured housing greatly desired
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desired
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
