Must-have
5 years experience in training or L&D
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR
Experience leading training teams
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS

Fluency in Burmese language
Experience in insurance industry
Ability to automate training reports
