As a member of our Belfast-based service delivery team, you will go beyond basic troubleshooting to become a trusted advisor on Oracle EPM optimization and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Support Services
Proven expertise in EPBCS and PCM
At least one certification (Level 2 Support)

Understanding of US and Canada consolidation functions
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
