Job Summary
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the estimating and bid process, from review of plans and specifications, to soliciting and negotiating prices from contractors and suppliers.
The Estimator will develop a thorough proposal on all cost elements relating to: DBC’s load-bearing cold-formed steel structures; light-gauge, prefabricated exterior and interior building panels; and light MEP systems.
