Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for managing daily operations at the site and accountable for ensuring that all technical services are as per client’s requirements.
  • All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in your purview, including overseeing all building systems like fire/life safety, electro mechanical equipment, and HVAC systems.
  • The role involves managing budgeting controls, monitoring SLAs & KPIs, hiring and training staff, and ensuring timely renewal of agreements and invoice submissions.
