Job Summary

• Work with the Global Operations regional managers to develop and oversee various group benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and country-specific benefits.
• Coordinate benefit processing, review and approve billing, and create strong partnerships with benefits brokers and vendors.
• Research and respond to employee and management questions regarding benefit plan interpretation and assist with evaluating and designing new corporate benefit plans.
