Job Summary
The RAI-MDS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the long-term care home in the management and sustainability of RAI-MDS processes to ensure the validity of clinical and quality outcomes that support the provision of care and services.
Key Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring RAI-MDS processes, developing and maintaining a Resident assessment schedule, and facilitating RAI-MDS and application training.
