Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing general management support throughout the hotel, monitoring customer satisfaction, security, employee activities, and physical defects with main focus on the lobby and public areas.
  • The Duty Manager takes responsibility in the absence of higher authorities, monitors performance standards, and models company values and behavioral standards.
  • Key responsibilities include maximizing daily room revenue, achieving sell-out, monitoring efficiency levels in operating departments, and overseeing emergency access to normally off-limit areas.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years' work experience in a 5 star Hotel
  • 3 years in Front Desk experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in Duty Manager capacity desirable
  • Degree Holder in any field or equivalent professional training
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good command in written and spoken English
