This role is responsible for managing assigned bridge projects throughout their full lifecycle to ensure quality work delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
The Project Manager serves as the primary client liaison while supervising and mentoring the project team to achieve overall objectives using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach.
Candidates must demonstrate a history of successfully delivering smaller projects with winning contracting practices and effective risk identification.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8 years relevant experience
2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
Manage project scope and fee quotation
Oversee delivery on time and on budget
Nice-to-have
Winning contracting and delivering 4for4 performance
Leading teams with no or few subconsultants
Partnership with Client Service Leaders
Mentoring and developing project staff
Leveraging Office Management Team support
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8 years of relevant experience
2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
Master's degree in Engineering (Preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) certification (Preferred)
