Job Summary
This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the Para Swimming elite programme from the ground up with targets for the Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Paralympic Games.
The Technical Director serves as the senior technical authority and Lead Coach Developer responsible for building Singapore's Para Swimming coaching capability from development level through to elite.
Key duties include designing world-class individualized high performance programmes, overseeing athlete well-being, and leading talent identification to build a structured pipeline of athletes.
