Must-have
5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
Advanced industrial HVAC system troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance program implementation
Blueprint interpretation for mechanical repairs
CMMS work order management and prioritization
Nice-to-have
Leadership in emergency repair situations
Collaboration with external contractors and engineers
Continuous improvement of workplace safety
Strong internal customer service skills
Ability to provide sketches for subcontractor plans
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of trade or vocational school
Valid EPA Universal Certification preferred
Journeyman or Master HVAC License where applicable
Minimum 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
