You will focus on providing strategic oversight of all billing operations within the Athena platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple sites or business units.
Lead and mentor Revenue Integrity Manager, Sr. Reimbursement Analyst and Sr. Coding & Documentation Educator and revenue integrity staff, fostering professional development and accountability, particularly regarding Athena workflows.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
10+ years progressive experience in medical billing/revenue cycle
5+ years leadership role with multi-physician group
Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena)
Strong knowledge of insurance billing, collections, reimbursement rules
