Job Summary

  • Overseeing the overall change management planning and execution for the ORION POS program, including developing and implementing change plans, managing stakeholders, and executing communication and training plans.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program milestones, rollout phases, and regional nuances, partnering with regional and market business leads to champion the transformation vision.
  • Identify and appoint local change ambassadors and key users to form a robust change network supporting frontline adoption and feedback loops, and facilitate co-design change workshops to amplify local insights.
