Chanel is seeking a Regional Change Lead for its ORION POS program in Hong Kong, tasked with overseeing change management for the initiative aimed at modernizing POS technology across North Asia and SEAA. Job Summary
Overseeing the overall change management planning and execution for the ORION POS program, including developing and implementing change plans, managing stakeholders, and executing communication and training plans.
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program milestones, rollout phases, and regional nuances, partnering with regional and market business leads to champion the transformation vision.
Identify and appoint local change ambassadors and key users to form a robust change network supporting frontline adoption and feedback loops, and facilitate co-design change workshops to amplify local insights.
