Salary
Base: $25.96 - $38.08 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for company bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, and wellness programs

Must-have
Operate parenteral manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot manufacturing processes
Lead and train operator teams
Work 12-hour rotating shifts
Wear cleanroom and safety equipment
Use SAP and electronic batch records

Leadership and team development skills
Experience with aseptic filling and isolator technology
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries
STEM degree or certifications

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED minimum
Ability to pass fitness for duty physical exam
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Experience in manufacturing or operations environments preferred
