You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights and talent strategy while managing high-stakes searches with precision and discretion.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment
successful track record of placing candidates in highly specialized ASIC and semiconductor roles
Demonstrated experience recruiting for ASIC design, semiconductor technology, or related technical fields
Strong understanding of ASIC development processes
U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
