Responsibilities: Submit plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Develop and maintain good rapport with existing customers. Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide technical advise on products / systems. Supports in presentations, calling, visiting customers and prospecting. Ensuring service operation efficiency for customers with sales and operations team Investigating and resolving customers’ issues, and acquire new customer accounts. Assist in preparation of proposals and quotation administration; Contribute creative ideas. Participate in marketing, advertising, promotional and publicity activities. Gather information on market demand, competition and latest product developments Conduct periodic sales forecasts; Prepare weekly sales/contact reports.
