  • Own the end-to-end vision and strategy for Target Circle gamification, leveraging loyalty-based mechanics to increase trips, grow spend, strengthen retention, and elevate guest perception of Target.
  • Partner closely with Data Science, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to design, scale, and optimize experiences that are personalized, financially sound, and operationally executable.
