Key Requirements
Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state
AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent
Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing
12 to 24 months RN experience for Clinical Nurse II
3 years clinical experience for Clinical Nurse III
Enrollment in RN to BSN program if no Bachelor's degree
Work Rights
