Job Summary
This role is based within local communities across London, supporting the supervision of People on Probation as they complete their Community Payback hours.
You will work directly with groups of People on Probation, providing pro‑social role modelling, developing practical life skills, and supporting desistance from further offending.
The Probation Service offers the opportunity for annual pay progression through a Competency Based Framework (CBF), which if eligible, will see your pay increase.
