The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving, while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality protocols

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular shift meetings for improvement
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
