Job Summary
The Site Leader is responsible for all aspects of operation or functions at the site, driving creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives.
Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations, setting and clarifying requirements for managers.
Works closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives, while also providing needed support for other staff initiatives.
