Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Answering engineering department phone
Contacting vendors and scheduling service calls
Process vendor invoices
Ordering materials and issuing purchase orders
Maintain office supplies
Monitor building management system daily
Handle guest concerns and notify engineers
Nice-to-have
Professional, friendly, and engaging service
Participate in daily briefings and meetings
Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in a clerical capacity
Hotel Engineering environment preferred
Proficient in English (verbal & written)
Proficient in Microsoft outlook, word, excel, and power point
