Job Summary
Partner directly with customers to understand their clinical, financial, or operational reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard configurations.
Customize dashboards in Power BI using existing datasets and measures, improving usability and clarity without altering the semantic model.
Collaborate with Analytics Product Managers and Engineering to share customer insights and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

US business hours availability
EHR data interpretation

Regulated industries experience
Complex data model familiarity
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Data Consulting
Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and reports
Strong understanding of Power BI features (visuals, filters, bookmarks)
Experience with Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, sharing)
Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
