Job Summary

  • This role brings mining operations to life by solving our customer's challenges into optimized fleet and site solutions that drive uptime, productivity, and measurable business value.
  • You will be a technical sales Subject Matter Expert (SME), working side‑by‑side with the Commercial Managers, supporting Mining and Quarry customers across key product families, including loading tools, trucks, and support equipment.
  • This is not a back‑office technical role. It’s a front‑line, relationship‑driven position where your ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate is just as important as your technical and analytical depth.

  • Strong analytical skills to develop fleet sizing and equipment match models
  • Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
  • Strong customer engagement and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of relationship management techniques
