Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Finance or related field, or 15 years relevant experience, or 10+ years Estimating experience
  • AACE, PMI or CMAA certification preferred
  • Experience in Energy, Power Grid, or Utilities sectors preferred
  • Proficiency in estimating systems (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient in quantitative risk analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with stage-gated project execution processes
  • Strong knowledge of EPC scopes
  • Strong understanding of first principle estimating
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects
