Job Summary

  • The GEDSI Specialist provides technical leadership to ensure the effective integration of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) across all phases of program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation within World Vision Bangladesh’s Rohingya Crisis Response.
  • Key responsibilities include providing strategic technical leadership on GEDSI integration, supporting resource mobilization and proposal development, building capacity of staff and partners, managing knowledge and learning, and engaging in advocacy, networking, and partnerships.
