Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Speech-Language Pathologist licensed
Patient evaluation within 24 hours
Treatment plan development and implementation
Supervision of Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants
Documentation of medical records
Participation in care conferences
Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care
Nice-to-have
Ability to relate positively with patients and staff
Clinical preceptor for CFY/RFP and students
Participation in staff in-service training
Compliance with state practice act
Effective communication with healthcare team
Key Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed as Speech Therapist in the state
Completion of 350 supervised clinical practicum hours if unlicensed
At least 9 months supervised full-time SLP experience
