Base: €3,570 – €4,807 gross per month; Bonus/Equity: Vitality Bonus up to €1,000 gross; Benefits: 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme, profit-sharing

MBO level 4 diploma in HR or related field
Knowledge of Dutch labor law and social legislation
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
