Job Summary

• The Senior Regional Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Regional MSL team, educating community HCPs and Targeted Accounts on BeOne Hematology and Oncology FDA approved medicines.
• The incumbent will be accountable to develop regional and national strategies to support enduring and compliant relationships in Targeted Accounts and will play a key role in establishing BeOne as a valued collaborator.
• The role includes responsibilities for training, strategic direction of the team, performance metrics, execution of deliverables, and collaboration with various internal stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.

Base: $258,400.00 - $328,400.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan or incentive compensation plan, discretionary equity awards, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 6+ years of experience
• MS level degree with 8+ years of experience
• Management experience required
