• High School Diploma or GED
• MS Excel skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of manufacturing inventory processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Associate degree / Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Lean principles (Preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Preferred)
• Familiarity with IATF / ISO16949 standards (Asset)
