Coordinate with project management teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure a structured and efficient transition from construction to operations.
Oversee preparation and verification of handover documentation packages, including O&M manuals, asset registers, and as-built drawings.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
12–15 years of professional experience
Proven experience managing handover and commissioning phases
Strong expertise in commissioning procedures and testing protocols
Demonstrated experience coordinating stakeholders during project transition
Ability to manage complex multidisciplinary systems
