Job Summary

  • As a central point of contact, you will support international customers by phone and email, including electricians and Fronius partners, and analyze technical questions related to solar energy systems, storage solutions, and electric vehicle chargers.
  • You will provide technical support to the domestic customer base and support internal technical questions from domestic and international departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
  • You will proactively share and develop your knowledge and skills within the international and domestic team and proactively cooperate in achieving set support goals and continuously improving the quality of national support services.
