  • The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for optimizing our sales technology ecosystem—anchored in HubSpot CRM—and ensuring our sales processes are streamlined, data-driven, and efficient.
  • Serve as primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, managing property architecture, pipelines, permissions, and data integrity, and develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and sales performance.
  • Oversee integration and performance of the sales tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and communication tools, sales enablement, and contract lifecycle management tools.
