  • You will negotiate complex contracts, including the development and management of all contractual documentation, and provide support as a trusted business partner to the delivery teams on commercial and contracts issues across the entire lifecycle of AirTrunk data centre developments.
  • You will resolve contract interpretation issues and disputes in a creative manner, balancing both parties’ objectives and the long-term implications of changes and solutions.
  • You will lead innovations, initiatives and continuous improvements aimed at increasing quality, time, and cost efficiencies of the delivery of AirTrunk data centres.
