Keep abreast of industry and company development trends, proactively learn and master new concepts, technologies, and product advantages and usage within the industry, and formulate targeted, decomposable promotion and communication plans.
Undertake teaching and training work within the team, and progress together with the team, effectively improving the knowledge and surgical support capabilities of new/junior colleagues through theoretical lectures, simulator exercises, intraoperative catheterization room teaching, and case reviews.
