Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants.
This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The position also requires providing direct resident/patient care and supervising staff, including taking appropriate disciplinary measures.
