  • Provide administrative support to Line Maintenance teams, supporting the effective coordination of manpower allocation and day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Monitor and track GCAA licence applications and expiries, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Ensure all administrative activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures, supporting efficient and compliant Line Maintenance operations.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English Language
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative role
  • Aviation background preferred
  • Ability to obtain UAE Driver’s License
