Salary

Base: $215,400 to $400,000 for Sr. Patent Counsel, $188,860 to $350,740 for Sr. Patent Agent; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual bonus may be available; Benefits: Detailed benefits provided by company

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years patent attorney/agent experience
  • Admission to practice before USPTO
  • U.S. law degree (J.D.) and state bar admission for attorneys
