  • Licensed Paramedic (PARA)
  • Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or Driver's License (DL)
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Commercial Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO) or EVOC
  • 1+ advanced life support transport experience
  • 5+ driving passenger vehicles experience
