Job Summary
Support the growth of the Regions by technically supporting the commercial team in the development of new opportunities.
The Application Engineer will also be involved in the support provided to the Regions (L1 &L2) in the support of root cause analysis (RCA) development, support to ticket resolution, support in the development of procedures, trainings to increase the Region capability and autonomy.
Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions involving Service FACTS/HVDC portfolio as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Established project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficient written, verbal, and phone skills in English
