  • Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Booking medicals and training, Ordering PPE and managing stock levels, Document formatting utilizing in-house style guides.
  • Office specific tasks, to be performed in conjunction with other Melbourne based Administrators will include: Keeping stock of and ordering office supplies including stationery & kitchen supplies, Answering phones and directing calls, Organising couriers (collection and bookings).
