Job Summary
We are seeking two dynamic, customer-focused Patron Experience Ambassadors to provide frontline library service to the diverse and growing residents of Jefferson County and beyond.
This part-time (20 hours/week) position is eligible for benefits including dental, medical, vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement matching, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement.
Ambassadors work at all JCPL locations, the Call Center, and Bookmobile, providing information, programming, outreach, and operational support to ensure a positive patron experience.
