Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide litigation and pre-litigation support to the Labor Section Head and 6 other attorneys in the section.
  • Work includes formatting briefs, generating table of authorities, compiling trial preparation materials, processing travel reimbursements, and managing electronic calendars for court events and deadlines.
  • The North Carolina Department of Justice, led by the Attorney General of North Carolina, represents the state, state agencies, and elected officials, and defends the rights of the people of North Carolina.
