This role involves managing dietary staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with nursing and activities departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The Dietary Director participates in quality assurance meetings, conducts nutritional assessments, and ensures ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
