Job Summary
The Manager, Equity & Retirement Programs is responsible for the design, execution, governance, and administration of the company’s equity and retirement programs, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience.
This role leads the day-to-day management of equity compensation programs—including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options—and serves as the subject matter expert for the Company’s qualified and non-qualified retirement programs.
The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
