Job Summary
Provides direct support to organizations and their employees through the delivery of assessment, consultation, education and triage services.
Conducts critical incident response services, EAP assessment and short-term counseling, EAP orientations, customer webinars, critical incident response and health and wellness trainings.
Takes responsibility for own development and stays current on skills and techniques needed to better serve members and help Magellan achieve its business and operational goals.

Key Requirements
LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC licensure in GA and FL
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
Clinical training in chemical dependency, mental health, and brief therapy
Understanding of workplace issues and employer/employee relationships
Knowledge of federal regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, Drug Free Workplace)
