Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 0-2 years composite lay up experience
  • Experience with uni-directional pre-pregs
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
  • Proficient use of basic shop arithmetic
  • US Citizenship required

Nice-to-have

  • Associate's degree or 2 year Technical degree
  • 3 years minimum manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with ISO requirements and standards
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills
  • Self-starter adaptable high motivation
