• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
• Responsibilities include providing best-in-class guest service, processing transactions, promoting guest benefits, and assisting with associate training and performance feedback.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
