You will gain valuable experience in tooling, equipment and process design as you support new product launches, apply problem solving tools and make improvements in our existing manufacturing processes.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, value stream coaches and operators in operations, maintenance, materials, and engineering to learn how we maintain and improve our processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Change Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) or related field
Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
Strong analytical skills
Experience or familiarity with 3D Modeling in Creo or other modeling package
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
